Our journey began with a simple VISION AND THE GUMPTION TO EXECUTE ON IT!
Starseed Global - FZCO is strategically located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates within the Silicon Oasis, DSO-IFZA free trade zone, with an expanding mining asset portfolio within politically stable countries in the southern region of Africa.
We specialize in exploration or what we like to call “Mining Asset Development.” We focus on the transformation of our legally obtained, large-scale exclusive prospecting licenses which we then derisk by developing them into NI 43-101 TR and or JORC feasibility reports.
At Starseed Global, we have successfully identified, quantified, and verified substantial resources in the critical metal space; Copper, Gold, Nickel, Titanium, Niobium, Rare Earth Elements and more. We do so by marrying traditional geological, geophysical, geochemical, audio magnetotellurics (AMT), drilling (Core & RC) methods with accurate guidance from the latest and greatest remote sensing technologies.

Samad Davis is the founder of Starseed Global FZCO, a Dubai based mining exploration investment holding company. Starseed Global holds the majority shareholding in a portfolio of local mining exploration companies in the southern region of Africa (SADC) that own exclusive exploration licenses (an "EPL") and or prospecting licenses (a "PL").
As an experienced American entrepreneur, Samad has been able to successfully navigate doing business across 21 African countries and counting over the past 17 years.
Specializing in mining asset development, initially starting out in alluvial gold mining in West Africa, he later expanded into large-scale exploration in the SADC region of Africa. His expertise is in transforming a typical "EPL" and or "PL" into a very credible NI 43-101 TR and or JORC report by investing in and conducting robust exploration campaigns; geological field sampling, geophysical, AMT, geochemical, remote sensing and drilling (RC & Core) all of which are supervised by a third party, independent “Competent Person" Geologist” (QP).
Utilizing technology and his extensive relationships within the private sector and in government across Africa, Samad has successfully executed countless exploration campaigns with recent discoveries estimated in the billions.
